In the past, she worked for various Financial institutions including Citifinancial, Equity Plus Financial and the Royal Bank as a mortgage specialist. Over the last 10 years, Sabeena has helped over 1500 clients and originated over $500 million in mortgages. Sabeena has proven mortgage strategies and systems that focus on long term client needs and goals. Her passion in life is not only managing her team and her clients, it’s caring for her two young daughters, her husband, and her friends and family. Sabeena has spoken on the Broker Panel for the 2011 Investor’s Forum and she is a mentor for the Canadian Youth Business Foundation.. Sabeena is named by the North Shore Community as one of the Top Mortgage Professionals on the North Shore AND is named by CMP Magazine as one of Canada’s Top 50 Brokers for the last two years.
Chantel Chapman is a Mortgage Partner with Integré Mortgage Partners. She has brought with her 7 years of mortgage industry experience. She is an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP), and a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP). Sharing Sabeena’s views on providing the long term solutions as well as exemplary service, she assists in developing mortgage plans. Often she sees clients that don’t realize that there are so many product options available in the market place that help them to achieve their goals faster. In her spare time, she enjoys an active lifestyle that includes running with her dog Lola. Chantel is proud to be an advocate of financial literacy for youth. She is passionate about educating on this important subject. Chantel is a dedicated volunteer with Junior Achievement teaching financial literacy at local high schools.
